Overview

Cafe Leche, nestled at 217 Upper Bonifacio Street in Baguio, offers a modern yet warm retreat for coffee lovers and casual diners alike. This coffee shop seamlessly blends a cozy atmosphere with a contemporary aesthetic, enhanced by natural light that spills generously onto the second floor. The space is airy and inviting, designed to encourage lingering—whether you’re working, studying, or simply savoring a good meal.

The menu stands out for its thoughtful balance between classic comfort and lighter fare. Highlights like the Leche Burger and Fried Chicken Sandwich cater to those seeking hearty satisfaction, while the Cesar Salad and yogurt bowl appeal to guests looking for something lighter or health-conscious. Their cheesecake and Pan Au Chocolat provide a sweet finish without overwhelming the palate, supported by beverages like the smooth Salted Caramel Latte and refreshing Thai Milk Tea, which is notably well-balanced in sweetness.

Notably, Cafe Leche’s culinary offerings extend beyond typical coffee shop fare, including pizzas with distinct touches of flavor and house-prepared dishes displayed openly in their open kitchen concept. This transparency adds to the welcoming vibe and assures quality in every bite. Though some have noted the coffee can lean toward a stronger brew, it remains rich, especially the Arabica-based Cafe Americano, favored by many for its depth.

The cafe caters well to a diverse crowd—from students and remote workers to casual diners—thanks to its plentiful seating, reliable fast Wi-Fi, and accessible power sockets (with a modest fee for charging devices). The second floor closes early at 6:30 PM, but the main floor remains open until 8 PM, providing flexibility for different schedules. Parking availability is another convenient aspect for visitors.

If there’s room for growth, it would be in expanding the food menu variety, which some patrons have wished for. Still, the current selection presents a commendable range that pairs expertly with Cafe Leche’s coffee and drink offerings. The attentive staff and easy payment options further elevate the experience.

Ultimately, Cafe Leche stands out as a thoughtfully curated space in Baguio, perfect for enjoying quality coffee and well-crafted dishes in a serene setting. It is a destination where flavor, comfort, and functionality harmoniously meet.

A good place to go to for a somewhat healthy meal, light meal or just a snack. They offer food like pasta, burgers, sandwiches, salad, yogurt, ice cream and pizza. They have caffeinated and non caffeinated drinks. The place has a modern warm touch to it. The second floor is only available till 6:30 pm but you can stay on the lower floor till 8 pm. I tried their yogurt bowl and it was nice and I matched it with a lemonade which was served separately with honey. I did not see pastries and cake on the menu (but I might be wrong ), but you can see them at the counter. (Orders are also placed and are paid at the counter) There is a parking space available for the cafe's customers . Wifi is available

Thai milk tea is not very sweet which I like. There leche cake is also not too sugary and not fluffy, which is good. Cafe Americano is very flavorful Arabica. Rice liempo though was very dry.

The ambiance is lovely, especially with the natural light streaming into the second floor, creating a serene atmosphere. It’s a great spot for working or studying, with a ₱50 fee for charging devices. They offer a selection of delicious drinks. The matcha, in particular, is exceptionally good! The staff are also courteous.

Ambiance is cozy and welcoming. It has this contemporary vibe, airy spacious and chairs are inviting that i want to linger more. Coffee comes too strong but the food was great. They have an open kitchen showcasing how they prepared thier food. Hope they could have more food choices in time. I enjoyed our pizza. It was chewy and flavorful, bacon was a standout but i was not able to taste troffles in it. Yeah they are close on Thursdays.

Perfect Eggs Benedict from @cafeleche.bgo Had brunch before I got swamped with work. loved the Grilled Chicken on top of the Tinapa Rice. The Tinapa Rice fell a bit short of that smoky flavor though. Salted Egg was a perfect side to complete my breakfast. But the highlight was the Eggs Benedict— order it with Hot Mocha and you’re good to go. Took some time before the food arrived. Around 45mins to be exact. Ample space on 2nd floor.
